Arming Yourself with Good Food–Favorite Protein Bars
Day 4 of our #15daychallenge focused on grabbing a healthy snack on the go. In the day of incredible branding it’s hard to actually know what “healthy” bar is good for us. You want to fuel your body with whole foods that help you feel energized for long haul instead of just giving you a short sugar buzz.
These are 3 of my favorite protein bars I like to grab on the go. They all met my personal health criteria which is:
💪🏻Minimum of 8g of protein
💪🏻Maximum of 13g of sugar
💪🏻Minimum of 3g of fiber
💪🏻Uses Organic or Natural Ingredients
💪🏻No Crazy Ingredients I Can’t Pronounce
