Nothing drives me insane more than throwing out fruits and vegetables because that went uneaten and are now rotten. My favorite use of a fruit starting to get old is making some yummy banana bread muffins. Below is our family’s favorite recipe.

Directions:
1) Heat over to 350 degrees.
2) In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, yogurt, butter, oil, whisked eggs, vanilla extract and sugar. Whisk everything well.
3) Add the rest of the dry ingredients into the bowl, combine well.
4) In a well grease bread loaf pan or muffin tin, add the batter. Cook in over for 25 minutes for muffins or 55 minutes for a bread loaf. Bon Appetit!
