I love salad! Like, seriously, I love salad BUT only if it is SUPER YUM! Which normally means a delicious homemade (and easy!) salad dressing to make it perfect. My top 3 salad dressings are a Caesar vinaigrette, a zesty ranch dressing and a red wine vinaigrette. All can be made in advanced and kept for up to a week to be able to pour over salads throughout the week.
The Caesar!
Ingredients:
Directions: Put all ingredients in a food processor besides the EVOO. Pulse until well blended then slowly incorporate in the EVOO.
Zesty Ranch
Ingredients:
Directions: Put all ingredients in a small blended and run until smooth. Transfer to an air tight container (ex. mason jar) and put in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
Red Wine Vinaigrette
