The #NSale has opened up to everyone today and I just still cannot get over the amazing closet staple finds this year! I am truly impressed with the selection and quality.

First up is this gorgeous shell top that I have styled 3 ways with some other favorites from the sale (suede zip up skirt, Spanx faux leather leggings and favorite AG jeans). This top is great quality and can be dressed up or down. I have it tucked in in all these options but the bottom hem is beautiful so it can look gorgeous being wore untucked and flowy. Next up is this amazing faux leather jacket! A few reasons I love it–the inside sweatshirt hoodie piece is removable for when you want a more elegant look (check out video below), the zippers just make this jacket so fun, it can be paired a million different ways for a million different looks. And we are on to the skirts! These are my 2 favorite skirts from this year as they both are going to be perfect moving into fall. I love the details on both.

This suede zip up skirt is going to be PERFECT for my trip to the ranch in September. I am already thinking about how I am going to pair my white tassel shirt with it!! Just like the faux leather skirt this skirt can be easily styled many ways–with booties, tall boots, cowboy boots, heels, flats and more.
