Whatโs better than a glass of lemonade on a warm day? ๐ A Spiked Coconut Lemonade! ๐ Put together this delicious recipe for a dinner party this weekend and it was a huge hit!
Makes 4 cocktails:
1 c water
1 c coconut water (I prefer @nakedjuice )
1/2 c coconut milk, unsweetened
1/4 c lemon simple sugar (1 c sugar, 1 c water, zest of 1 lemon–simmer over heat in saucepan until sugar is dissolved)
1/2 c vodka (I suggest @ketelone )
juice from 3 lemons
Garnish: candied lemon slice (click HERE for recipe)
Instructions: Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a large pitcher, shake well then pour over ice. Top with the candied lemon slice, click HERE for recipe.
