If you have been part of our little community for awhile now you have probably picked up on the fact we as a family try to eat healthy and homemade meals as much as possible. One of our favorite meals to eat (and make) around here is salads. My personal favorite salad is a Caesar and I love this vinaigrette version I have crafted over the years.
As far as the lettuce I use for the actual salad, I prefer going traditional with romaine but by all means you do you and chose whatever lettuce your heart desires. I also always seem to add a hard boiled egg for more protein and some freshly made croutons (my kiddos would probably kill me if I didn’t include this fun crunch!).
Both the ingredients and directions are below. I highly suggest using a food processor for this as I do but if you don’t have one you could easily use a microplane to mince the garlic and then whisk everything by hand.

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a food processor besides the EVOO. Pulse until well blended then slowly incorporate in the EVOO.
