Who would have thought Brussel sprouts could be something I would not only eat once a week but crave!?! I have to admit I actually have 2 versions of Brussel sprouts that I make regularly (as in I make one every Friday night to go with our steak night!). This recipe is the one I have been trending towards more recently and has a little bit of heat, crispy texture and the delicious aroma of bacon.
Ingredients:
Directions:
4. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper over the Brussel sprout mixture and toss well. Then let them cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. The goal is to have the onions, garlic and Brussel sprouts start to brown and get crispy.
5. Once crisped up, break up bacon to top the Brussels and sprinkle the parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
