Need an easy & healthy breakfast? My Oatmeal Yogurt Bowl is perfect for those days you need a filling breakfast but don’t have much time. It uses Instant Oatmeal, your favorite yogurt, some fruit and coconut shavings—that’s it! Oatmeal is a great gluten-free sources for vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Studies show that oatmeal aids in weight loss, reduce risk of heart disease and lowering blood sugar levels. Kids love it too!

(Makes 2 servings)
1 pack instant oatmeal (I use an organic oatmeal with flax seed)
1/2 cup milk of your choice — this will make the oatmeal creamy
1 4oz container of your favorite yogurt (@siggisdairy in vanilla is 🙌🏻)
Handful of berries
Coconut shavings
1. Combine the oatmeal and milk in a bowl. Follow the instructions on your instant oatmeal for cooking time.
2. Top oatmeal with yogurt, berries & coconut shavings.
3. Enjoy!

1/2 cup frozen berries
1 4.4oz vanilla yogurt (I 💗 @siggisdairy for mine)
2 tbsp coconut water
1 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
Optional:
1 scoop collagen powder (I 💗 @vitalproteins brand!)
Fresh berries (for topping)
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Cacao nibs
1. In a blender mix together all ingredients besides the toppings—fresh berries, coconut flakes and cacao nibs—until smooth.

It’s also fabulous as its fully customizable based on the toppings and flavor of yogurt you like. 1 4oz container of your favorite yogurt (@siggisdairy in vanilla is 🙌🏻)
1/4 cup granola (I love @purelyelizabeth brand)
Local honeycomb or honey
Handful of fruit (I love the raspberry kiwi combo)
Coconut shavings and sliced almonds
1. Add half the granola on the bottom
2. Then add yogurt and top with all the other amazing toppings.
