Lemon Squares – The Taste of Summer

This is maybe one of Cole’s and my favorite summertime desserts. The lemon is so refreshing and it has a beautifully sweetened but not too sweet flavor. Make sure you actually add the lemon zest as the oil from the zest makes such a difference in enhancing the flavor. Enjoy!
