The easiest dessert for the 4th of July – no bake, simple preparations & beyond delicious! You can also make this a few days in advance so you aren’t running around the day of!
Ingredients:
1 packet instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
1 package cream cheese
3 cups whipped cream (homemade or premade)
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1/2 lemon, zest & juice
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Optional: 2 cups white chocolate chip morsels, 1 tbsp milk for white chocolate drizzle
12oz graham crackers
1) Mix together 1 packet instant vanilla pudding, 2 cups milk & 1 package cream. Once combined, fold in the whipped cream
2) Dress the berries with the lemon zest, lemon juice and granulated sugar.
3) Start the layering process, add the cream mixture on bottom of dish, add graham crackers in a flat layer (you may need to break some to have them fit). Next add another layer of cream, then berries and back to graham cracker layer.
4) Repeat the layering until you have 3 layers of graham crackers, making sure to end on the berries on the top.
5) Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
6) Remove 15-20 minutes before serving and add optional white chocolate drizzle.
(White Chocolate Drizzle: combine white chocolate chips and 1 tbsp milk in a microwave safe dish, cook in microwave until melted – check every 30 seconds to not burn)
