Ingredients:
Spiced Chicken–>
Pineapple Salsa–>
Avocado Crema (yes, please!)
Also needed: Tortillas, Shredded Cheddar Cheese & Avocado Oil
Directions:
4. Make the avocado crema by adding all ingredients into blender, blend well then place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
5.Remove the chicken from the ziplock bag and cook on the grill for about 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once cooked, remove from grill and let sit for about 3-5 minutes then slice thin.
6. In a skillet, heat up some avocado oil. Once heated, place a soft tortilla shell. Add cheese to the top and once it starts to melt flip it and add cheese to the opposite side. Next add the chicken and fold in half for a taco.
7. Remove the tortilla from heat and add the salsa and avocado crema. Repeat!
