#RECIPEALERT I am loving this recipe creation for its ease of only cooking and cleaning one pan!! Hallelujah!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground turkey
1 medium onion diced
1 medium green bell pepper diced
3 garlic cloves minced
1 14.5oz can of fire roasted crushed tomatoes
1 4oz can diced green chiles (feel free eliminate if you don't like a little heat)
1 cup of your favorite salsa
1 cup riced cauliflower
1 can black beans
1 cup frozen corn (can substitute canned corn)
2 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Enough sharp cheddar cheese to cover the entire pan
Optional accompaniments: sour cream, minced fresh cilantro, diced jalapeños, avocado, chips (Siete grain free chips are amazing!!!)
