This past week I kicked off my 30 Days of Movement Challenge for all my fav Insta followers. The challenge is an accountability group focused on staying consistent over 30 days with a minimum of 25 minutes of movement and drinking at least 11.5 cups of water daily.
Strength training (especially for us women) in my opinion is essential to our overall health. There are benefits way beyond looking good—even though that is a nice perk.
