Alright, it’s HERE!!!! January 14th—the day most people drop their New Years Resolutions. I am SO excited because today I’m starting my ✨Start the New Year Stressing Self Care Series✨ and I hope each and everyone of you will join me!
This is a 21 day accountability journey where we will be focusing on our health—physically, mentally and socially. MOVING our bodies each day (no set workout just giving yourself that daily dose of energy), DRINKING enough water, and DOING one positive action of self care like an at home facial or making a healthy dinner.
