Sugared Cranberries and Rosemary Sprigs
Simmer 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add a bag of fresh cranberries and a few rosemary sprigs, cook for 1 minute. Remove the fruit and herbs with a slotted spoon and lay them to dry out for 1 hour on parchment paper. After 1 hour, add 1 cup granulated sugar to a bowl and in batches add the fruit and mix until coated. Return the fruit and herbs to the parchment or an open air container before serving. Enjoy.
